We simply don't say I am on with lesson three. 'With' is not appropriate.

Would you want to say eg The cup is on with the table? Or would you say The cup is on the table?

Don't ask Are you supposed to be . . . . Just ask Are you . . .

Supposed to be implies that I should be but am not.
