Which clause should I use? And are there any errors in the sentences?

I am so lucky. I got into an accident and came out alive. I still have my legs to walk on and move around with. My leg has not been amputated / was not amputated. I am very blessed.

Which clause should I use? And are there any errors in the sentences?

Thanks.
