Hint: The phrase "very unique" will make any English teacher scream!

My teacher says the first one is correct, too.
She also says: "it's correct with the third one, but you shouldn't do it".
Why?

Something is either unique - one of a kind - or it is not. Once you are one of a kind, you cannot be "very" one of a kind. I'm astonished your teacher told you it was okay.

(I once had someone insist I write "a very unique opportunity" in an article I was helping her write. I told her no, and she kept insisting. I told her to find someone else to help her, because I wouldn't do it.)

I also would go with the first one.

The " very unique" could be used maybe in some bizarre context if at all, but the main point is that it's not good English. Unique means being the one of its kind. Therefore, why to put the word "very" before it, it makes no sense.

Based on the context of the sentence, A and C are fine, but each means something different.

All the answers are adjectives. Depending on which one you believe to be correct, the meaning is altered accordi
