Which British English Movies/TV Series to practice ?

Hi English Gurus,

I need your Blessings/Suggestions/guidance please.

I would like to practice British Dialects/Accent, I know english but I use it in my own dialect which is not something used in British English at all, I see BBC news, movies etc.. but I need to practice reading a lot so that when I am speaking I should be fluent in speaking British way of speaking.

I am sure there are movies TV series or some recorded british conversations which I can practice again and again, appreciate if you could let me know which one to start with ?

Thanks in advance.
Johny

Oh, no. I believe you are misinformed. Actually, very few people speak RP.

There are tons of inane murder mystery television series which use typical, "normal" British pronunciation. Midsommer Murders is worth a try, or any of the dramatizations of the Agatha Christie novels, of which
