The given graph illustrates the number of larceny cases per thousand that take place in 4 separate regions named Great Britain, Sweden and France and Canada respectively over the period of 9 years.
At the first glance, it can be seen that Great Britain has an outstanding rate which is a notable statistic. That France and Canada's changing tendency are roughly identical, simultaneously.
To specify, the proportion of transport thefts in Great Britain peaked at 15% whilst the other countries only in the range of 5% and 10%. It is obviously shown that the severity percentage on criminal level of Great Britain fluctuates from time to time with the number approximately 19%, 17% and 21%. Despite the highest rate above all at the beginning, it recorded even a higher trend at the middle-year period of 1996.
Initially, from the bottom up, there is a twofold increase in the infringement of ownership rate in Sweden while the opposite trend is true for France. France witnesses its rising trend interrupted in the end with nearly 6%, turns out it is the lowest rate over the whole graph in the end.
