Which are natural in these sentences?

(1) I have a friend who is able to speak English.

(2) I have a friend being able to speak English.

(3) I have a friend who had gone to Tokyo.

(4) I have a friend having gone to Tokyo.

(5) I have a friend who was visiting Tokyo at that time.

(6) I have a friend having been visiting Tokyo at that time.

(7) I have a car made in America.

(8) I have an American car.

By the way, When is "relative pronounce" not equal to "partical" ?
