Which answer is correct?

Question1: David has two younger brothers.

Answer 1: David has two younger brothers, hasn't he?

Answer 2: David has two younger brothers, doesn't he?

Question 2: My cousin has a wound on her knee.

Answer 1: My cousin has a wound on her knee, hasn't she?

Answer 2: My cousin has a wound on her knoee, doesn't she?

They are all good and common. 'Has' is one of the few verbs that still permit that kind of tag ('has/hasn't?').
