Which answer is better?

Hi teachers,
Information:
They all live in London. We know it from previous readings.
The context:
It's ten o’clock on Monday morning. Mary and Peter have already gone back to London. Sheila hasn't gone back yet. She’s still in Cardiff with her aunt, because she has three days’ vacation. She’s going back to London in a couple of days.

Which answer is better?
Why hasn't Sheila returned to London yet?
a) Because she has three days' vacation.
b) Because she has three more days' vacation.

Thanks in advance.

You know they were away from London, but you know it's Monday. They could have been away for just the weekend, which is not using vacation days. If you say "three more days" it tells you she has already used some vacation days, and we don't know that to be true.

Hi BarbaraPA,
Thanks for your help. Then it's letter 'a'.
