Which and that?

Hi teachers!

Here is the excercise make me confuse:
_ Tyson Products manufactures thousand of children's toys, many of ____ are top seller in their markets.
(A. that B. whom C. what D. which)
I think that both "that" and "which" are the correct answer.
Could you help me in this context. Thanks.

Tyson Products manufactures thousands of children's toys, many of which are top sellers in their markets.

That is not correct. Often that and which can both be used interchangably

Those are the books that/which I bought. (Either one is OK)

When the relative pronoun follows a preposition, that is not used. Examples:

This is the cookbook from which I got the recipe. (That is not used.)
I got the recipe from that cookbook. (
