Whether...if

Which one is correct? It seems as though they're all correct in their own right.

1. I don't know whether I should go.

2. I don't know whether or not I should go.

3. I don't know whether I should go or not.

4. I don't know if I should go.

I don't think I've heard #2 very often, but I'm not saying it's wrong. All the others are standard English. CB
