Whether names are included in non-rhotic rule too?

I got habited to learn British accent as my main English accent. I always observe non-rhotic rule but what about names??? I'm not sure whether names are included in non-rhotic rule or not.

Alex John I'm not sure whether names are included in non-rhotic rule or not. The whole language is rhotic or not, including the names. There is no reason to think that names would be an exception.
