Whether can't and cann't are the same

This is a sample question whether can't and cann't are the same

someone tell me the cann't is wrong, but someone say the same

Well, teorically they are the same. At least, can't would mean the same than cann't (short form for cannot).

However the latter is a most informal way of saying it, which has been lately invented.

Thus, I vivdly suggest you not to use it.

You'd better go for either cannot or can't.

Strange, but I read it differently. I think of "as" meaning "like," "the same as"
