Whether a sentence is gramatically correct or not

i have a problem with a sentence can anyone tell whether it is gramatically correct or not???? The sentence is as follows............"i am the only liar on the earth"

If you capitalize the "I" then it's okay. You could also say "on Earth" instead of "on the earth."

It's okay semantically too, unless you assume that if someone is a liar, you assume that every single statement is a lie. He could be telling the truth about this, and lie frequently about other things.

It's incorrect grammar because you need some capital letters and a period.

Also, don't say 'the'.
