Is this correct?

He knows where of he speaks. He doesn't talk about things he knows nothing of.
He knows of what he speaks. He doesn't talk about things he knows nothing of.

Whereof is one word, as in your title. All the sentences are correct but I don't think you'll hear many people utter the first sentences. Whereof is not used in conversation at all.
