Where will it land?

'when you think of, you know , your long history of IV, and TB, what do you see COVID-19 looking like in the lineup of infectious diseases? Is it going to be our worst killer now? Where will it land?'

-- does 'lineup ' mean 'list' here?

-- does 'Where will it land?' mean 'What will it develop into? How would you see the future of COVID-19'?
