Where were you

Tony is interrupted when he is speaking and after a few seconds can I say "Where were you?". If I am interrupted when I am speaking and forget what is going to say next, can I say "Where am I?" Thank you!

I think I'd say these if I were in that situation:

- Where was I? Or Where were we?
- What were we talking about? Or What was I talking about?

When I used to go to school, my teacher sometimes asked us "OK. Now, would anyone remind me/tell me where I was?" in the middle of the lecture.
