Where we will be

Even though we combine the wisdom from every employee, we cannot predict where we wiil be in even 6 months or a year.

Is this natural and correct?

I don't think you actually did that, did you, Hiro? I would use Conditional II: Even if we pooled the wisdom of every employee, we would not be able to predict where we will be in even six months or a year.
