Where we can use "The passive infinitive (to be + past participle)"?

kindly let me know where,when & how we can use passive infinitive in a sentence.I am little confued with the usage of passive infinitive so pls explain it with some examples & also try to explain its meaning(to be watched,to be done etc..)

Harry wants help. Harry wants to be helped. Here I change 'help' a noun to a verb 'helped' in order to have passive infinitive.

Here I change 'help' a noun to a verb 'helped' in order to have passive infinitive.
I have just given an example and mentioned what has been done.

Do you know the difference between active and passive voice? Because if you don't, you have to learn that first. Passives have a form of the verb to be -- in bold in the following sentences.

Active. / Passive.

Bobby threw the ball. / The ball
