Or do you mean where in the sentence? Beginning? Ending?

I think you mean the second one. Use please or kindly just before the main verb that carries the meaning of what you are asking for. Or use please at the end of the sentence. kindly is not often heard

In the U.S. kindly is not used much compared to please.

Also in BrE; it's more formal.

i heard that please is used with person in same level and kindly is used with the person in higher level

I suppose it depends on the culture of the country.

That's not the case in the UK.

Actually, now I think about it, when 'kindly' is used here, it is often in a rather haughty way. It's almost the opposite of being polite!

I know that Indian sites are using "please kindly." That, to me, seems too much, kind of a doubling/overload.
