Where the sun don't shine??

Hi.

I came across this phrase and I studied it and I now know what it implies. I have two questions about this idiom

1. Why they use "don't" instead of "doesn't"? Could "The sun" be considered plural under some circumstances?

2. Is this idiom considered to be rude?

Because they are purposely being crude and uneducated by using substandard English.
