Where should the commas go?

Hello, please tell me where the commas should go in this sentence. Should there be a comma before 'even though' or should I remove it?

I take small sips and drink very slowly because of the pain I feel and also because I physically am unable to drink any faster, even though I really want to.

Thanks!

The sentence is awkward because of the redundancies and the misplaced adverb. I take small sips and drink very slowly because of the pain I feel , and also because I physically am unable to drink any faster, even though I really want to.
