Where should I place 'just'?

A: Do you wanna talk about what happened last night? I've never seen you like that before.

B: I know. I completely lost my head. I (just) think I'd (just) had a little too much to drink.

(B is trying to downplay his mistake)

Where would you place 'just' in the sentence? Is the sentence natural?
