Where shall I place the adverb in this sentence?

Hi,

"The sensory and passive motor stimulation was gradually applied with greater depth and intensity."

I want to say that the depth and intensity of the sensory stimulation were increased gradually. Is the adverb correctly placed in the sentence?

Thanks!

'gradually' is OK where you have placed it, but it wouldn't hurt to place it just before 'greater' for the meaning you want. CJ
