no "where"
And if you keep "where", there is confusion as to whether "where" refers to 'asked' or to 'sign'.

This sounds like a fan asked you to sign a place.

I think that's exactly what it means. So there is confusion, at least between us. Let's see what others think.

Alex, what sort of answer are you expecting -- "in the chair at the dentist's office," or "on her knee"?

Thank you all,
Khoff,
This sentence was asked by fan to a singer. So I guess a part of the body would be the answer.

Khoff, what do you think?

Alc24, please be more clear and specific the next time you post a question. A place is not a part of the body.

E.g.,

What's the most unusual body part a fan asked you to sign?
What's the weirdest part of the body a fan asked you to sign for him?

Thank you aspara,

Khoff, why did you ask me that question?

Well, I thought the question was ambiguous. I wanted to know if "the weirdest place a fan asked you to sign" referred to the place where the conversation occurred, or the place/thing/item that was going to be signed.
