Where lies the problem in this small sentence?

I am making a plan for my maternal uncle

Can it be said in a more accurate manner?

Please use end punctuation -- a period at the end of the sentence. The sentence is good. There may be a better way to say what you want to say, but I don't know what kind of plan you are making for your maternal uncle, nor do I know its purpose.
