where is/are your manners?

A.  Where is your manners?
B.  Where are your manners?
C.  Where's your manners?

Which one of the above is correct?  I would choose B because "are" goes with the "manners" in plural form.  However, I watch a movie and heard C from one of the casts.  Now, I'm confused.

Please enlighten me.  Thank you.

You are right: B is the careful grammar.

However, native speakers often use the contracted singular forms (Where's, There's, That's) because (1) they are easier and quicker to pronounce, and (2) because the speaker is often thinking linearly (i.e. one item at a time), as in 'Where's my hat and coat?'

Also, to add to Mister Micawber's ideas, perhaps the actors were using a dialect or cultural speech pattern.
