Where is "work" a verb, and where is a noun?

1. I start work at 8:00 am each day
2. She leaves work at about 6:00 pm
3. I can't talk to you now - I'm at work.
4. I'm an actor, but I'm out of work at the moment.
5. They go to work very early in the morning

I think it's a verb in 5 it is a verb, and it's a noun in 1, 2, 3, 4.
