Where is where?

After watching a film about teaching you to do something,i donot understand the meaning of one sentence:

Make a pulling motion with the toy where you pull it slightly toward you

I donot know where is "where"and why she use "where" there in grammer.

I know the "where" is the same as "in which" in gramme,and it is very easy to understand "in which" and "where" in other examples,
but in this sentence i am still not sure about the meaning,it is so strange.
