Where is the line-break in 'Counter'?

Hi,

Just wondered, when writing the word 'Counter' where it has a line-end hyphenation, where should it be?

a) Coun-ter
b) Count-er

I'm finding differing answers on the ol' internet.

Yeah, you can see where my issue is then.

I have checked through the main dictionaries, but some are a) and some are b).

Maybe I'll work around it.
