Where is my food??

Dear Teachers,

Let's say you been waiting too long at a restaurant and want to check if your food is being made or not, and if not you wish to cancel your order,

Is it correct to say "Is my order in? If not I'd like to cancel it.". Or what would be the best thing to say at a time like this?

Thank you very much.

Hi again,

Does it mean "Is my order in? If not I'd like to cancel it."is incorrect to say? No, you can say that if you want to.

The waiter will say 'Yes, your order is in', and the result is you will stay.

What I said meant that I consider that I have waited too long and I am going to leave soon, whether my order is in or not.
