where is has been, have been, have taken, have given, had given, etc used?

can anyone tell me about how to use have, had,

i mean have taken,had taken,has taken etc..
whats the difference between

i had drunken a tea.
it would be helpful if you give when to use these(point time).
-->in what context a native english speaker would take when i use "i have drunken a cup of tea"
"i had drunken a cup of tea" and "i drunk a cup of tea"
