Where is a main verb?

Hi, everyone!
I cannot find a main verb in the following sentence:

"Masterfully crafted, alchemically blending a wide range of perspectives, and overflowing with fascinating details about secret languages, rare treasures composed of unusual information, and profound insights elegantly expressed."

I suppose this sentence consists of three participial phrases without a main clause. (1. (being) crafted, 2.blending, 3. overflowing)
But I must have taken it wrongly.
Please clarify me, thanks.
