Can one use:
1) You were sent exactly where I wanted to.
instead of:
A) You were sent exactly where I wanted to be sent.

Can one use:
2) The book was delivered precisely where I wanted to.
3) The book was delivered precisely where I wanted.
instead of:
B) The book was delivered precisely where I wanted it to be delivered.
