Where have you been to so far?

I could understand the sentence to be, "Where have you reached so far?" Am I right?

Thenk I think if I say "Where have you been so fary" or "Where have you been in so far"?, it will mean "Where have you reached so far". Am I right?

I wouldn't say reached is the same as been in or visited. Reached suggests they are only part of the way towards a final destination.

Someone is walking from Moscow to New York. If they are still on their journey you might ask them where they have reached (where they are now).
