Where do the hyphens go?

Where do the hyphens go in the bolded entries? I cannot recast.

1. He was enrolled in the assistant store manager trainee program.

2. He applied for the assistant store manager position.

3. He was assigned as the organized retail crime coordinator.

4. He applied for the organized retail crime coordinator position.

5. It was the number one rated show.

6. a 22 percent a year increase in revenue

7. a $65 to $70 million a year business

I say that the hyphens are placed only in 'a number-one-rated show'.

I believe that the remaining examples are okay as is (i.e. no hyphens).

Does anyone concur?

PS: Oh, I forgot. I think it should be
'a $65–$70 million a year business' (with an n-dash inserted betwixt the numbers). Agreed?
