I'd say a comma isn't technically needed at all, since you (or rather "I") is only subject, and therefore there is only one independent clause, but you CAN have a comma where you put it, to show the reader that he should pause - it serves to emphasize the contrast of your other choice. It's not a formal sentence, but in formal writing I would leave out the comma in that type of construction, but

I'd like to add a minor comment that 'other times' is an incorrect phrase here. It needs to be
