Hi Sheik,

It will be "did you go" instead "did you went" bcoz this is one of the exception in english that we need to use verb first form with did.Your manager is using wrong verb.Next time if he use the same then correct him:-)

It Should be:

When Will You Come?

or

When Will She Come?

Where did you go? Is a question. Correct
I rather you go to "where you went " before. Is not a question.
