Where can we use " WOULD""GOT" & BEEN

Dear english speaking friends,

1) how can I use the word " WOULD" in english? which tense is it? (eg : I'd like to go england, why whould i do that)
2)In english we can say "I've got a car", what is the difference between I've got a car and I have a car?
3)If i say He got a car instead of he has a car is it correct, can we say he've got a car?
4)Where can we use the word "been & being"?
