Where can I find a list of things we say when we hesitate or we speak casually in spoken English?

I am looking for "expression" like "you know", "I mean", "so to speak", rather than interjection like "um", "er" and so on.

These are sometimes called 'pause words', but it seems you want more than that. I don't know of any lists, but you can get started here making your own. I don't know which of the following satisfy your criteria for the type of expression you're looking for, so you'll have to decide for yourself.
