Where are you going

Hello, would you please help me with this question? thank you in advance:

Someone said a lot, then the listener says "I have no idea where are you going"

Here does "where are you going" mean "what do you mean"?

Hi, The listener can't understand what the speaker is trying to say or what the point/idea is. He (the listener) understands the words but he can't grasp the idea behind the speaker's words. Sometimes you can say I know where this is going to let the speaker know that you don't like what he/she is saying

The listener can't understand what the speaker is trying to say or what the point/idea is. He (the listener) understands the words but he can't grasp the idea behind the speaker's words.


Sometimes you can say

I know where this is going

to let the speaker know that you don't like what he/she is saying
