What do these mean? Are they ok?

1 Where are there cars for sale in this city.
2 Where are their cars?

And what do you think about this?

1 If it doesn't resemble the word a little bit the search engine won't find the word for you.
2 What could say other than that clarity of the speech was...

There refers to things/location; E.G its over there; the mug is over there on the table; sit there !

where are there cars for sale in this city? This sentence refers to a Location. The question initself is not grammatically wrong, however its better to ask... Where can I find cars for sale in this city? OR
