Alliteration is a literary device where words are used in quick succession and begin with letters belonging to the same sound group.

Does 'where' sound good here?

Can we use 'in which' in place of 'where' in the above sentence?

I am a little bit confused about the usage of 'where' in the above, we generally use 'where' in relative clauses for a place.
