Is this sentence grammatically correct?

Assuming the sentence is correct: I would put 2 x commas - (correct me if I am wrong, anyone) but, don't u want to get a new visa, where u don't have to spend money on travel every 3 months? Personally I would use: Would you rather get a new visa, where you don't have to spend money on travel every three months? == To me however, the sentence says: The particular visa means you don't have to spend money on travel, is that right?

But don't you want to get a new visa which does not require you to spend on travel every 3 months?

Ah, quite possibly it is suggesting that the person should apply for a visa longer than 3 month? So you don't have to spend money to leave the country?

I have never applied for a visa yet, so I am a little clueless here.
