Where

is it correct to use the word "where" in the following form:

The ancient belief where the sun resolved arround the earth was corrected by the scientists of the modern day.

Or can i also say it this way:

The ancient beleif that the sun resolved arround the earth was corrected by the scientists of the modern day.

To me both sound acceptable. By the way, it's not resovle but revolve , and around is with one 'r'.

I agree that "that" sounds better, but "where" seems acceptable to me, too.
