lucas21c which one is okay All of them. In the second group you are emphasizing "no matter when it may be that you arrive, it doesn't matter when", so you would probably hear those with some stress on the relevant syllables: when EV er, AN y time. CJ

How about "Please call me any time you arrive"? If there is no 'at' in front of 'any time', is it still right?

Then, how about "We can arrange a meeting in any place where you are convenient?" If it is right, can I drop the 'in' also?

lucas21cWe can arrange a meeting in any place where you are convenient?
As often happens, there are mistakes in the part of the sentence that you're not even asking about.

2 is right.
1 is OK, but not as good. It sounds unidiomatic to my ear.
