Whenever/When/If

Dear all,

I have seen a particular video more than fifty times. Whenever I see that video, I feel sad. I would like to know which of the following sentences have the same meaning of the sentence "Whenever I see that video, I feel sad." Kindly tell me whether they are zero conditional sentences.

1) When I see that video, I feel sad.

2) If I see that video, I feel sad.

Thank you.
