Please help me to correct my sentences.I am confused among these?But whenever a teacher is absent there in the school.But whenever there is a teacher is absent.But whenever a teacher is absent in the school.My confusion is about number 2 sentence. Is not that the correct formation?Also clear my confusions about rest of the two sounds well though?

1. But whenever a teacher is absent there in the school.
2. But whenever there is a teacher is absent.
3. But whenever a teacher is absent in the school.

None of these are complete sentences. With "whenever", you also need a result statement. For example:

But whenever a teacher is absent from the school, another teacher has to teach two classes.

Usually a person is absent "from" a place, not "in" it, though (1) is complicated in this respect by the word "there"; you cannot usually say "there from" in this context. Perhaps "at" would be better than "in" in (1).

(2) has a superfluous second "is".
