If you google that phrase you'll find both of them but the first is much more common. I consider the second incorrect but still acceptable.

In response to a question such as "When do you want me to do this?", both are definitely correct (at least, in the version of English that I speak). In conversation, the second would usually be contracted to "Whenever's convenient for you."
