When you're working vs When you work

First is present continuous tense and 2nd is simple present tense, but why many people use both for the same meaning? or at least it looks like they use it for the same meaning.

Or I am wrong?

Example: "when you're working, take a break from time to time" vs "When you work, take a break from time to time".
