Is it a complimentary thing to call somebody worldly? As the dictionary I referred to has indicated, it means that somebody's experienced and mature enough to both think, behave and act on a wise and appropriate way( I translated the definition the best I could). So is it USUALLY a compliment? I mean usually, I understand that it may be a case of both compliment and insult due to the way it's applied. I just want to know if saying somebody's worldly to that person's face will possibly offend him/er.
